AiBEC has collaborated with Bond University to design a 2 day course Best Practice Experts & Claims Fulfilment Providers Course, the APRA risk management prudential standard for insurers and their suppliers who include many AiBEC Members and Allied Supporters. The course was designed to enable participants to improve internal systems and implement practices that demonstrate organisations are implementing the APRA requirements. Areas covered included, people and  process risks, supply chain and sub-contractor dependency and compliance, IT outages and cyber risks. The course with also include the new GICOP as it relates to experts and CFP. Presenting the course will be Kate Middleton AiBEC Deputy Chair, Professor Alexander Lang and Lisa Shaw from Bond University.
